Bimbos is one of my favorite locations. The use of Grilled Chicken, fresh Guac and Letuce makes for one heck of a great base, but add Mashed Yukon Potatos and you have yourself a great mix.

Stay away from the Inferno Burrito cause it actually ruins the experience. I suggest the Kitchen Sink Burrito with Guac, cant beat it...
